5 from the best coffee replacement
May 11, 2021Coffee drinkers, united! We like coffee – aroma, ritual, flavor, energy boost, focus, accident, fog, failure, … Wait, huh? Sorry, what is that? Get me a cup of coffee again, I can’t focus now.
There was so much to love coffee but, unfortunately, we became a little dependent on caffeine to make us, well … people. “Don’t talk to me until I drink coffee” presents a big haha on t-shirts or cups, but in the real world it’s kind of, good, unacceptable. How do we become a society that is very dependent on the energy sourced from the bean water alchemy?
Our western society has stepped into the age of self-care. And we learn that productivity with the price of mental and physical welfare is not cool anymore. We missed the middle baked day for yoga flow. Too much caffeine makes us stiff, nervous, anxious, and unwind. But when we become so entertained by one cuppa … what can you do?
If you note that the dirty amount of coffee does not serve your personality, we have five replacement coffee for you:
Changa Mushroom.
Shroomin ‘in the morning? Yes actually. Changa mushrooms grow on birch and very good for us. Tree, friend. But don’t worry – this mushroom is minus hallucinogen. What you can receive is clean energy that replicates caffeine. It’s also full of antioxidants!
Chocolate
It’s like adult hot chocolate with a nice caffeine kick. Caffeine in small cocoa, around 12 milligrams, but also contains a compound called Theobromine. Theobromine mimics effects that stimulate and provide energy received from a cup of coffee. This alternative coffee is good for drinking day because the energing element will not follow you into the bedroom at night when you are ready to relax and rest.
Green Matcha tea.
You might consider Matcha as an expensive thing in the cafe. But believe me, it’s far more than that. Matcha tea is full of clean caffeine which many reports are responsible for the taste of pounded energy that does not produce afternoon accidents. Make Matcha at home can be an affordable way to change your morning coffee routine.
Traditional matcha made with hot water, shaker, matcha (of course), and alternative milk / milk. It has grass and understated feeling that might need time to adjust but quite delicious. Just think – you are not born to love the bitterness of coffee. You can also add sweeteners (such as honey or agave) to provide a sweeter taste.
Yerba Mate.
Jerba Mate is traditionally consumed in South American countries and is similar to his tea colleagues. The popularity is growing rapidly in the US and can usually be found wholesalers in various grocery stores. Yerba Mate is delicious tea (sometimes even carbonated can also be found) that offers hydration and caveination. This is good for mental, responsive, and energy increasing activities without accidents. Sometimes people even use it in a pre-practice place!
Lemon water
Ready to go naughty? H2O is a good old with lemon spark. So many of us rarely get the amount of water we actually need. When you hydrate your organs compete with blank and your brain has more energy, and when you start a holiday with a glass of water encourage you to continue to hydrate. When you are well hydrated, you explode with your own natural energy to burn. Lemon offers vitamin-C encouragement and you can be creative with strawberries and other infusion mentbers.
At the end of the day
You want to feel good about what you put in your body – and you want what you put in your body to do good for you. Give some alternative coffee and see what is possible for your habits. You might realize you don’t need a cup of coffee anymore.
